UKEOD provides an extensive range of Explosive Ordnance Disposal and
Counter Explosive-Ordnance Services, to both Governmental and
Non-Governmental (NGO) clients.

Training
The use of Improvised Explosive Devices, Vehicles, Fire-Arms and other weapons as implements of Terror is not new. Employers, Event Organisers, Corporations and Institutions have an obligation to assess, mitigate and counter the risks that both violent individuals and terrorist organisations present to the public and their staff. UKEOD provides scheduled and bespoke Counter-Terror courses for both Managers and front line Security Operators.
High Threat Explosive Ordnance Disposal, also referred to as Advanced EOD, has Threat Assessment at its' core. It is the discipline within EOD that deals with IEDs in non-permissive environments, where the quantity and complexity of devices is significant; as is the willingness of the Enemy to target Security Forces and EOD Operators themselves. Large aspects of HT EOD Operations can be taught in a methodical manner, centred around a thorough Threat Assessment and impeccable Drills and Skills.

EOD Performance Mentoring
Over a 10 year period, routine expenditure on a single EOD Operator's training and maintenance regularly exceeds £1m. Monitoring and mentoring of these performance related assets is essential. UKEOD provides a bespoke, scalable platform designed to precisely assess and develop EOD Operator performance from minute 1 in the training pipeline, whilst concurrently maximizing the objectivity of assessments.
Chemical Biological Radiological
A catastrophic scenario for any Government: a CBR device deployed on home soil, dependent territories or deployed locations. Training is essential, high quality training is imperative. UKEOD can provide Capability Development, thoroughly planned scenarios and training devices with supporting media; to support Governmental Organisations develop and maintain their CBR skillsets and integration with other layers of a multifaceted response.

At the heart of any Counter-Terror operation, Defensive Plan or High Threat EOD tasking is a Threat Assessment. The term is widely used yet on occassion, poorly understood. It is not a tool for short cuts or risk taking; it is a methodical process for identifying known and anticipated hazards as a foundation for developing safe and effective Operations, Render Safe Procedures and CT Defensive measures.

Construction/UXO Surveys
Unexploded Ordnance has been an enduring issue for the UK and European construction industries.
UKEOD can provide pre-project risk assessments, aerial surveys, non-intrusive surveys (including GPR assessments) and intrusive surveys where required. After ground has been broken UKEOD can provide on site or rapid response measures tailored to a clients budget and timeline, in order to maintain high levels of safety on site and productivity when non-explosive articles are located.

Ammunition Stockpile Management
The proliferation of Arms and Ordnance continues to blight some of the most troubled regions in the world. Not only do these items present a significant threat to security, but also when undafely stored and monitored explosive articles can degrade and ultimately function with catastrophic consequences.
