Shipping Policy
Stock quantities on UKEOD are accurately maintained.
Individual items will ship within 24 hours.
Quotations should be requested for Kits and bulk purchases that cannot be satisfied from immediate stock. They will have differing lead times that will be advised as part of a written quotation.

To enable shipping within 24hours some stock is held in fulfillment warehouses rather than on site at UKEOD. This gives UKEOD the flexibility to rapidly supply and dispatch equipment to your requirements.

Items dispatched from UKEOD are routinely sent via UPS and require signature on delivery.
​
Customers are requested to inspect shipments on receipt and raise any damages or deficiencies at the earliest opportunity.
Return & Exchange Policy
UKEOD provides a no argument 30 day refund and return policy.
​
Return shipping costs or a label will be be provided for defective or wrongly supplied items. Shipping costs for an item returned by choice are a Customers Responsibility.
Customers need to retain a proof of posting in order to support any claim they or UKEOD may have to make against carriers for missing or damaged shipments.

Please ensure an email or copy of the original order confirmation is included in the package and the items are appropriately protected, including the original packaging and safety data sheets (where applicable)
